Additional Therapy Areas Based on Facial Reflexology
1-Trauma Release Therapy
Trauma Release Therapy is a holistic method that creates deep inner calm within the nervous system, reduces stress, and supports the resolution of past trauma.
Through gentle and rhythmic pressure techniques, the body enters a deeply relaxed state. This special relaxation allows the client to reach a natural meditative level. At this point, the body begins to release emotional burdens and traumas accumulated over the years.
How It Works
- Breathing is regulated
- Stress hormones decrease
- The nervous system balances
- Hormonal levels normalize
- Emotional detoxification is supported
Stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline are gradually replaced by balancing neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine, and noradrenaline. As a result: Mental clarity, Emotional balance, Deep inner peace, Increased concentration and focus
Who Is It For?
Suitable for all age groups — children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Especially supportive for: Stress, Trauma, Emotional imbalances, Depression, Burnout, Eating disorders, Mental fatigue
A Scientifically Based Approach:The method developed by Lone Sorensen is based on various microsystems and supported by international research. Scientific studies from Japan, Argentina, France, and the United States form the foundation of this system.
Trauma-Based Meridian Method
Based on Tibetan medicine, this method identifies emotional imprints of past trauma reflected on the face, the affected meridians, and the dominant emotional patterns present. Protocols aimed at releasing these emotions are applied primarily on the face and briefly on the feet.
A personalized program is designed. Once the body reaches a meditative state, the applied protocols facilitate the release of stored emotional patterns.
2-Addiction Therapy
In addiction, the limbic system plays a central role. The limbic system is the centre of reward, pleasure, motivation, emotion, and learning mechanisms. Addiction develops through the “reprogramming” of these neural circuits.
The limbic system is evolutionarily older than the cortex. In other words, logic understands the harm of addiction, but the limbic system demands reward. That is why people often say: “I know it’s harmful, but I can’t stop myself.” This is not a lack of willpower — it is a neurobiological circuit imbalance.
The Method: Through acupuncture and meridian points used in facial reflexology, deep relaxation is first achieved. Then specific protocols are applied to regulate the limbic system and restore neurobiological balance. The number of sessions varies depending on the type, severity, and duration of addiction. For children and adolescents with screen addiction or similar behavioural patterns, parents are provided with a home protocol they can apply. In such cases, one full session per month with a facial reflexology specialist is generally sufficient.
3-Tinnitus Therapy:
There are approximately 40 possible underlying causes of tinnitus. When this condition occurs, a detailed patient history is taken, and a facial analysis is conducted. Any accompanying symptoms are also identified, and an appropriate treatment protocol is determined and applied accordingly.
By working with meridian and acupuncture points, the therapy aims to address the underlying root cause and, as a result, alleviate the tinnitus.
